During patent examination, the patent examiner raised objections under Section 3(d) of the Indian Patents Act that the subject matter of the claims 1-11 relates to a mere derivatives of known compounds which do not involve any synergistic effects.
As a response to the said objection, the applicant claims that the compounds show enhanced efficacy against pests as proved in the enclosed Notarized Affidavit.
