The patent applicant responded to this objection by stating that if the present invention provides a technical solution to a technical problem and has a technical effect then the same cannot be considered to fall under the category of algorithm or computer program per se. This patent falls under the category of Communication. Overall, this patent covers systems and methods for quality monitoring of software tools and data repositories. The method comprises receiving an input indicative of an issue with at least one software tool, ascertaining whether the issue is a data related issue, determining if the issue is a change request, on ascertaining the issue to be a data related issue and resolving the issue based in part on the analyzing.

According to the claimed technical solution, a markerless system for mixing or compositing in real-time, computer generated 3D objects and a video feed from the video camera, to generate real-time augmented reality video for TV broadcast, cinema or video games is disclosed. Moreover, the claimed technical solution results in the technical advancement that more accurate mixing-in or compositing of the computer generated objects with the video feed from the video camera is achieved. This patent falls under the category of Communication. Overall, this patent covers a method of mixing or compositing in real-time, computer generated 3D objects and a video feed from a film camera in which the body of the film camera can be moved in 3D and sensors in or attached to the camera provide real-time positioning data defining the 3D position and 3D orientation of the camera, or enabling the 3D position to be calculated.

In the light of such observation, the applicant submits that method claims are directed towards a technical subject matter of wireless communication methods in which, in a downlink individual control channel in a multiuser-MIMO mode, the overhead of notifications of other-user modulation information can be reduced. This patent falls under the category of Communication. Overall, this patent covers a wireless communication device for performing communication with a plurality of communication counterpart devices by multiuser-MIMO transmission. In light of such observation, the claimed invention is directed towards technical problem, which is regarded as the way to hub and spoke topologies, the remote sites or spokes get much more topology information then they need, this leads to flooding of topology and reachability information that further results in a significant amount of churn. This patent falls under the category of Communication. Overall, this patent covers a network element that acts as a hub in a hub and spoke topology is configured to limit the amount of topology and reachability information that is advertised to a set of one or more remote network elements that act as one or more spokes in the hub and spoke topology in a same routing area.

The patent applicant responded to this objection by stating that if the present invention provides a technical solution to a technical problem and has a technical effect then the same cannot be considered to fall under the category of algorithm or computer program per se. In light of such observation, the technical problem was formulated as how to distribute the MTKs and MSKs in large-scale MBMS deployments (i.e. split eMBMS) while keeping the key distribution traffic as low as possible. This patent falls under the category of Computer Science. Overall, this patent covers a split architecture eMBMS with distributed BMSCs providing the same eMBMS service allows for a centralized key service where each BMSC is able to derive a set of MTKs from the MSK using the MTK-IDs as the differentiating input. This avoids the need to send MTKs to the BMSCs.
